The Future is in Your Hands.
Well, on them. The CD3 G.L.O.V.E. by Compliant Technologies is changing de-escalation. This low-optic tool is helping agencies across the country become more efficient.
WITH THE PROPER TRAINING...
YOUR DEPARTMENT CAN STREAMLINE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE DE-ESCALATION!
All CD3 product users must complete and pass the basic user course before they're authorized to use the products. To do so, your department will designate one officer to become a certified Basic Instructor. That Basic Instructor will then certify the rest of your staff as End Users. The basic course covers the care, troubleshooting, operating information, and considerations needed to safely operate the G.L.O.V.E. device.

DON'T STOP HERE.
The Basic course helps every user understand the technology and operating system of the G.L.O.V.E.. The Advanced course teaches users defensive tactics specifically developed for the device.
These tactics are effective and transferable to situations without the G.L.O.V.E. as well. These defensive tactics help further reduce officer and subject injuries and promote quick de-escalation.
Similar the structure of the Basic Course, departments or agencies will designate one officer to become an Agency Master Instructor. The AMI Course features advanced defensive tactics that were developed by officers with experience in combat.
Promoting an officer through the AMI Course allows your department to develop leaders, gain skills that will keep them protected, and reduce subject injuries.
